Shipping & Return Policy
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days from the order date. Orders are processed Wednesday through Saturday, during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us or add a note to your order, and we will try our best to ship it as soon as possible. However, keep in mind that post offices are closed during weekends and some couriers do not ship items out until the next business day, even though the item is dropped off on a weekend day. Please, also note that there are shipping upgrades available at checkout.
Aviv Jewelry LLC can only guarantee to ship the item(s) within the days indicated in this policy. The actual delivery time is the responsibility of the courier the customer chooses at checkout. Aviv Jewelry LLC has no control over possible delays or reroutes due to inclement weather or acts of nature, therefore we will not issue any refunds for items that are stuck in transit but still showing as deliverable.
Please also note that standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information.
Aviv Jewelry LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit, or marked as "Delivered" but not received by the recipient. If you chose to have your order shipped to an address with multiple units or a place (whether residential or commercial) where multiple individuals may have access to delivered packages, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package can be delivered safely to the customer himself/herself or the intended recipient. Likewise, Aviv Jewelry LLC is not responsible for items claimed as missing from packages that have been received and left unattended or opened by another person, for any reason whatsoever.
Aviv Jewelry LLC is not responsible for packages that are returned because of incorrect addresses. If you think you made a mistake and entered the wrong address, please contact Aviv Jewelry LLC as soon as possible and we will check whether your package has already been shipped. If not, we'll be happy to make corrections to the shipping label before it leaves our studio. If it has already left, Aviv Jewelry LLC is not responsible for the package being delivered to a potentially wrong address. We recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen.
US SHIPPING
We currently ship orders to the contiguous United States. All our orders have a tracking code, showing when the package was shipped, handed to the courier and delivered. You will receive a notification via email indicating that the item(s) has/have shipped and with tracking information to track the progress of the delivery. Aviv Jewelry LLC is not responsible for items missing in transit or marked as delivered but claimed as non-delivered. If you have concerns about the safety of packages delivered to your address, you, the customer, have an obligation to make arrangements to request signature confirmation or other safe delivery method, and are responsible for paying any additional fees associated with such method.
Aviv Jewelry LLC is not responsible for packages claimed as empty or with missing items when time has passed since the delivery. We record all our orders being packaged so we hold proof that the items ordered have been put in the packaging shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not available on the website at this time due to the uncertain and ever-changing nature of U.S. imposed tariffs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales made on www.shopaviv.com or at our brick & mortar location or at any of our pop-ups, markets, festivals, events, trade shows or any other vending event, are final. No refunds. Exchanges allowed at our discretion. But please feel free to contact us with any questions.
All sales are final, whether you purchased an item for yourself or for someone else. We allow exchanges, at our discretion, or the option to choose a gift certificate, to be used either online or in the store, that will never expire as long as the business is still operating. Items purchased online can be exchanged at our brick & mortar location.
Regular price items can be exchanged for a different size/color/alternative version/alternative item. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Anything purchased at a discounted price, marked as clearance or final sale is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
Items that have been approved for an exchange must be in the same conditions they were received. Please take a moment to carefully package your item and consider its shape. 3D items are especially delicate. It is advisable to NOT ship jewelry, and particularly 3D items, in flat letter envelopes. Packages with missing content due to a lack of care in packaging (such as shipping a semi-precious item in a letter envelope or with insufficient padding, without tape or in a see-through box or envelope) are subject to a no exchange rule, at our discretion. You can use the same packaging we used to ship your item back for an exchange.
Please include a copy of your invoice, which you received via email, in your package. It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return. In the absence of an invoice or clear indication of what item(s) is/are being returned for an exchange or in the absence of a clear identification of the customer requesting the exchange, the exchange process will incur into some delays, until we are able to identify the item/order/customer to process the exchange.
If the mistake was on our end we will process the return at no extra cost to you.
Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received.
Once we receive your item we will process the return/exchange, as agreed in writing. Shipping fees will be added at the rates currently charged by the courier selected.
YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS (IF APPLICABLE) AND RETURN COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
BROKEN, LOST or DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER PURCHASE
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy and accepts full responsibility for proper care and maintenance of their jewelry or for the loss or damage of their jewelry.
Aviv Jewelry LLC's items are very dainty in nature. We do NOT claim our jewelry to be indestructible, nor that it will last forever. Our jewelry is very delicate and should be treated with care. We do not sell any solid gold items or any precious gemstones, only base-metal items, that are therefore subject to tarnishing or discoloration, especially if they come into contact with abrasive chemicals such as (but not limited to) chlorine, sulphur compounds, bleach, perfumes, essential oils, fragrances etc.
Jewelry discoloration, tarnishing, or damage that occurs as a result of customer polishing, improper care, or use of cleaning products is not the responsibility of Aviv Jewelry LLC. The business is not liable for any changes in color, finish, or condition caused after purchase. If you would like your jewelry to be cleaned, we recommend going to a jewelry store that offers such service and can advice on the best course of action for your item.
Items that are lost, damaged, or broken after purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer. Aviv Jewelry LLC is not responsible for, and will not replace or refund, any items that are lost, mishandled, or damaged by the customer after delivery or pickup.
Gift Cards (Store Credit)
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Gift cards never expire.
Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Returns Policies.
If you purchased something using a gift card and you would like to return/exchange the item(s), Aviv Jewelry LLC will issue a store credit for the amount of your original purchase.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand. We try to pack and ship orders fast! If your order has not left our facility we will do our best to track it and to put it on hold or cancel it.
However, once we process your order in our facility (usually after 24 hours from the time the order was placed) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we have not already processed it (usually within 24-48 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item, and, if it is within 24-48 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at info@shopaviv.com and include both order numbers in your message.

PERMANENT JEWELRY POLICY
Refunds/exchanges on permanent jewelry are outlined below as well as in the waiver form you, the customer/signed, at the time of he service.
You acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with welding permanent jewelry. These risks include but are not limited to: burns, discomfort, allergic reactions, and potential scarring, and the customer accepts any such risks. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.
- You acknowledge that the permanent jewelry is dainty in nature, therefore it is NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE, and it has to be treated with care. It may break, get stuck, pulled or snagged by other objects during daily activities.
- You acknowledge that permanent jewelry piece may stretch if it gets pulled or snagged by something (I.e. door handles, puppies, toddlers, gym equipment etc...).
- ALL SALES ON PERMANENT JEWELRY ARE FINAL AS IT HAS BEEN MEASURED, SIZED AND CUT ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND ONLY AFTER GETTING PERMISSION TO GO AHEAD WITH THE WELDING. Permanent jewelry may come undone due to wear and tear. You can contact the shop for a re-weld or an adjustment to the length of the bracelet/anklet/necklace should they stretch.
- THERE NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER on permanent jewelry pieces, due to the custom nature of the process and the fact that permanent jewelry cannot be resold, as it has been worn daily/nightly, in the shower and has been on the customer's body 24/7 since purchase.
By agreeing to have a permanent piece of jewelry welded on you, you release AVIV JEWELRY LLC and its employees from any liability for any harm, discomfort, or injury that may occur during the welding process. You also acknowledge that any injury or harm that results from the welding process is solely your responsibility.
You also understand while participating in this activity, you may be photographed. You agree to allow any photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assignees.
