Shipping & Return Policy
Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days from the order date. Orders are processed Monday - Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact me or add a note to your order, and I will try to get it out as soon as possible. Please, also note that there are shipping upgrades available at checkout.
Aviv Jewelry can only guarantee to ship the item(s) within the days indicated in this policy. The actual delivery time is the responsibility of the courier you choose at checkout. Aviv Jewelry has no control over possible delays or reroutes due to inclement weather or acts of nature.
Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information.
Aviv Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit, or marked as "Delivered" but not received by the recipient. If you chose to have your order shipped to an address with multiple units or a place (whether residential or commercial) where multiple people may have access to delivered packages, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package can be delivered safely to you or the intended recipient.
Aviv Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are returned because of incorrect addresses. If you think you made a mistake and entered the wrong address, please contact Aviv Jewelry as soon as possible at email@example.com and I will check whether your package has already been shipped. If not, I'll be happy to make corrections to the shipping label before it leaves my studio. If it has already left, Aviv Jewelry is not responsible for the package being delivered to a potentially wrong address. I recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, unless a different method has been selected at checkout, and usually arrive within 3-5 days after the shipping date. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package ships.
International Shipping is not directly available on the website at this time, but feel free to contact Aviv Jewelry for an estimate if you would like to have an item shipped outside of the United States.
Please note that international orders may incur additional customs fees, set by the country of shipping, that Aviv Jewelry has no control over. The customer is responsible for paying these customs fees, if applied as it is illegal for the shipper to pay those fees on behalf of the recipient.
If the you or the recipient decline to receive or pick up an international package due to the customs fees incurred, and the package is returned to the sender (that is Aviv Jewelry), Aviv Jewelry will process the refund for the value of the item, minus the shipping charges incurred and any additional charges incurred as a direct consequence of international shipping policies that are beyond our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Did you order the wrong size? Wrong color? Did you go on a clicking frenzy and bought something you are really not too sure about or (gasp!) something you do not like? No problem!
Returns & ExchangesWe have a 15 days return & exchange policy. All returns & exchanges must be shipped back within 15 calendar days from delivery, as indicated in the tracking info.
All our orders have a tracking code, either via UPS or other courier selected at checkout, so the date the package was delivered, as per tracking records, is considered the date the order was received.
Regular price items can be returned for a full refund with the same method used for payment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Regular price items can be exchanged for a different size/color/alternative version/alternative item. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the mistake was on our end we will process the return at no extra cost to you.
Anything purchased at CLEARANCE price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received.
Once we receive your return/exchange we will process your refund or proceed with shipping the exchange item of your choice. Shipping costs will be added at a flat fee of USD $4.95 for all destinations in the Continental US and will ship via Standard Economy USPS.
YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS (IF APPLICABLE) AND RETURN COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand. I try to pack and ship orders fast! If your order has not left my studio I will do my best to track it and to put it on hold or cancel it.
However, once I process your order (usually within 3-4 hours) I will be unable to make any changes to it.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see another item that makes your heart stop? Well, I have. First, contact Aviv Jewelry immediately! I may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if I have not already processed it. I cannot add additional items to your order once it has been shipped. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item.
